Estimated shipping time is 9-25 business days.
The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 5 to 20 days.
We will also send you an email with your tracking number once we’ve processed your order. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder, and you can contact us for more information.
Please note that if you’ve ordered more than 2 different items, you might not get all of them at the same time due to varying locations of our warehouses.
Orders placed over the weekends or on holidays will be processed the following week. Slowliving Lifestyle is not responsible for any delays and/or damages caused in-transit by the postal service or customs agencies.
Our store ships to more than 200 countries. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
The following cases should be taken into consideration regarding shipping times:
1. Weight and dimensions of a package
2. Place of dispatch
3. Destination
4. Freight
Please make sure you want the item, we can only cancel the order if the item is not shipped yet (Sometimes item is shipped but tracking information displays not shipped).
Buyer is responsible for address entered, we do not support address changes.
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart. The cost of regular shipping is 9.99 USD.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
We can’t control delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or bad weather. Please understand that. But if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, or even if you’re just worried about where your stuff is, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help - waiting forever is not fun at all, and we want you to be happy.
IMPORTANT
We request that you check some things on your end first:
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.
Wrong or invalid shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to emails asking for address verification!

Shipping duration can be affected by global logistics situation, which can cause delay for 10-20 days.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Slowliving Lifestyle is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; Slowliving Lifestyle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; Slowliving Lifestyle recommend its customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from Slowliving Lifestyle, customers are considered the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which they are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of their order's contents by product type.
Customers' privacy is important to Slowliving Lifestyle. Therefore, Slowliving Lifestyle wants its international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, Slowliving Lifestyle may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to its international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
